Results - By County for 2002
Each chart presents a summary of
thirteen percentages for a specific grade level (8th,
10th, or 12th) for a specific
county. The
first seven percentages are how many of the youth
reported use of a substance in the past month. The next
two show percent of heavy use of alcohol
or tobacco. The
last four give percent of youth who acknowledged
involvement in at least one incident of the listed
anti-social behavior in the prior year. The survey was
administered in Spring of 2002.
Note of Caution: For 2002, the
urban center school districts in the following counties did
not participate: Champaign, McLean, Peoria, Rock
Island, Sangamon, and Tazewell. The percentages given for
those counties are a good estimate
of the non-urban school districts located in each county,
but not the urban center school district.
