Not all counties are included;
only those counties in which at least two districts
participated are shown. Counties
in which just one district participated were excluded
because we release single district reports only to those
schools for use in their own communities. Because of the
participation of elementary or high school
districts as well as K-12 districts, some counties'
data is available at just the elementary or just the high
school level.
Note of Caution: In most cases the youth usage rates
presented do not include every school in your county, and
so the data may only be accurate for those schools that participated.
Caution is particularly needed if the
urban center school districts in urban/rural counties did
not participate. In addition, if the students surveyed in a school
are not representative of the whole grade level, then countywide results
may be biased to some extent.
